Around the time when grape sprouts began to emerge in 2022, searched for a grape farm site in Gangjin while learning about grape cultivation below Wolchulsan. The criteria were to find arable land or a field, with the possibility of building a house next to the farm to oversee the grapes, without nearby barns or power lines, a sunny location with no shade throughout the day, good wind circulation, and soil that retains sufficient nutrients and drains well. Most of these conditions were met in June in Manyeon Village, Doam-myeon. Farm began there  conceptualizing the establishment.
